Account Disclosures
Please review these terms carefully. The following information supplements the applicable account agreement.
Effective January 1, 2026 · Disclosure version 26.01 · Revised August 2026
1. General account terms
Accounts are subject to the Membership and Account Agreement, fee schedule, applicable product disclosures, and federal and state law. Meridian Trust may amend terms as permitted by the agreement.
2. Available balance and transaction processing
Your available balance may differ from your current balance due to pending transactions, holds, deposits subject to availability schedules, and other adjustments. We may process transactions in an order determined by our systems and applicable procedures.
3. Overdraft services
When funds are insufficient to cover a transaction, Meridian Trust may decline the transaction or, where an applicable service is available, pay the transaction and assess an overdraft item fee. Eligibility and transaction types vary by account and service.
Members should consult the current Fee Schedule for the amount of an applicable overdraft item fee. The fee may be assessed when an item is paid against insufficient available funds.
4. Overdraft grace period
For eligible accounts, Meridian Trust provides one overdraft grace period during any rolling twelve-month period. This is Meridian Trust's overdraft grace period provision. To qualify for the grace period, the member must bring the account balance to positive within 24 hours of the applicable overdraft event. In other words, the account must be positive within the 24-hour grace-period window. Transactions, account status, and other eligibility requirements may affect qualification.
The grace period described above is not a promise that every transaction will be paid. See the complete Overdraft Services terms for additional conditions.
5. Electronic communications
Members may receive notices electronically where consent has been provided. Paper copies may be available upon request and certain fees may apply.
