What happens if I spend more than my available balance?

Transactions may be declined, returned, or paid through an available overdraft service, depending on the transaction and your account settings. Fees may apply.

How much does an overdraft cost?

The current Fee Schedule lists an Overdraft Item Fee of $32.00. Additional conditions, exceptions, and timing provisions are described in the applicable account agreement.

Can I turn overdraft services off?

Members may have options regarding certain overdraft services. Contact Member Support or review the applicable account disclosures for your account.

When will my debit card transaction post?

Posting times can vary by merchant and transaction type. Pending transactions may affect available balance before they post.

What is the difference between available and current balance?

Your available balance generally reflects funds available for transactions after certain holds and pending activity. Your current balance may not reflect all pending activity.
